Welcome!
We're so glad you're here. To help everyone enjoy a peaceful, safe, and respectful experience, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read through our House Rules. These simple guidelines are designed to support a harmonious environment for all guests. Thank you for being thoughtful and mindful during your stay!

  • Check In: 10:00 AM

  • Check out: 4:00 PM

  • This is a non-smoking facility.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • All guests will be required to complete a liability waiver/emergency contact prior to your stay. This is due at the time of final payment.

  • No one is allowed in the house except the immediate party that has booked the retreat and signed contracts and liability waivers.

  • Maximum occupancy is ten guests, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

  • The use of the backyard fire pit is at YOUR OWN RISK.

  • Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If there is clogging and it is related to feminine products or anything other than toilet paper, guests will be held responsible.

  • Internet WiFi service is provided to our guests.

  • ACReS is not responsible for any issues that arise with the internet during your stay.

  • ACReS and its owners are not responsible for lost/stolen goods or acts of nature.

  • ACReS and its owners reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for inappropriate behavior or abuse of the property. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

  • We love animals but no pets allowed.

  • While owner cancellations aren’t anticipated, if ACReS has to cancel your retreat registration due to unforeseen circumstances, the choice of a full refund will be received OR a be given a new booking date.

  • Park directly across the street from the house in the visitor parking. DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY or park in front of neighbor’s houses.

  • Please keep all food and drinks out of the bedrooms.

  • Keep outdoor/backyard evening/night noise down.

  • If using the gas fire pit, please don’t forget to turn it off.

  • Keep windows closed and doors closed when using heat or the air conditioner.

Check-out time is 4:00 PM. As you wrap up your time here, we kindly ask that you follow these simple steps to help us prepare the space for the next guests:

  • Remove sheets and pillow cases from beds before leaving. Leave them in a pile on the bed.

  • Leave towels (wet or dry) on hooks.

  • Clean kitchen and appliances. Load the dishwasher if needed - do not start.

  • Clean craft area. Tie trash bags and leave next to the can.

Please note: This form will be provided to us via your event hostess and is required to be signed by ALL members of your party . Guests failing to sign all required forms will not be permitted to stay on site and deposits will not be refunded.
