A Creative Retreat Space LLC (ACReS) Hostess FAQ’s & Policies
Thank you for choosing A Creative Retreat Space for your upcoming event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please carefully review the following reservation and payment policies. These guidelines are in place to help us provide the best service possible and to protect both your plans and our space.

Reservation and Payment Policy
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final balance payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. The final balance is non-refundable.
All payments must be made by the hostess for weekend rentals.
Please plan accordingly to avoid late fees for payments not received by the due date.
Guest Policy
The party size confirmed on your original Google Registration Form may not exceed 10 guests.
Deposit & Confirmation
Your reservation is not guaranteed until the non-refundable deposit is received.
A confirmation email will be sent once your deposit is received.
Please submit your deposit within 2 weeks of completing your Google Registration Form.
Payment Options
If not paying via Zelle, please send a Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to:

Reminders & Late Fees
A reminder will be sent 45 days before your balance due date.
However, the hostess is fully responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time, regardless of reminders.
A late fee of 10% of the total balance per week will apply if the final payment is not received by the due date.
Late fees cannot exceed two weeks. After that time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation without refund.
Event Week Details
During the week of your event, you will receive an email with the house address, door key code, and a welcome letter.
Emergency Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is permitted only once, and only in case of an emergency, with at least 120 days’ notice prior to your event.
Requests made with less than 120 days’ notice are subject to the discretion of the owner.
